MALAYSIANS ... fly home to vote!!

Saw this interesting cartoon at YB Tony Pua's Facebook page.

A panda, a koala, a giraffe, a sweating penguin and a turkey - these are some of the Malaysians that would be flying back to their homeland to vote, to get rid of unscrupulous politicians and corrupt leaders and crooks that have been robbing and raping their country for decades. They need some serious change.

At least the penguin is carrying a pack of ice on its back.

The jumbo jet on the background sings "Now everyone can fly." I wonder if AirasiaX is going to make some extra money this time. That Malaysian budget carrier will need to fly to more countries if they have any intention to become more competitive.

The Straits Times reported that Malaysians are driving back from Singapore to vote.

Malaysians drive to and from Singapore all the time, it's no big deal really. People drive to neighboring Johor Bharu for Nasi Lemak, Singapore for claypot crab porridge, then top the night with some good clean fun at Geylang. Coming back to vote is a matter of choice - what kind of a future do you, as a Malaysian, want to leave your loved ones and relatives who are not as lucky as you who managed to work and survive in Singapore?

It's really heartening to know that they are making that effort to return home.

Remember, if you don't vote, those who left their boats from the Philippines, those who flew in from Bangladesh, from India, from Pakistan, from Myanmar, hell even from China, one day they will take over this basic right from you as a Malaysian. They have been known to be issued temporary ICs (identity cards) and will be able to vote just like Malaysian citizens. Read all about it here. If you don't use this simple but effective right to vote for the future of your country, some bloody illegal immigrants will do it for you instead.
