I kind of lost interested in 'Castle' after the whole Rick-got-lost-for-weeks debacle. When he finally returns to his family, we've got bits and pieces on how and why he disappeared and Beckett was either using work time or took time off to investigate. I then turned to other series.
Then there was 'Supergirl'.
Anyway, it's about time, this series ran too long and I got bored - it was very interesting for the past seasons when they based episodes on mysterious murder based on ancient mummies, science fiction, jealous college girls, zombies, vampires and such. I was at the edge of my seat every week.
Then there was this Senator Bracken thing.
It's really boring that they tie the death of Beckett's mum to a politician of all things, and then there was this "it's above your pay grade", "you don't know who or what you're dealing with" every time Castle or Beckett take on step closer, like it's not going to end.
ABC is cancelling the series, but oh well, it ends.
