The face of CHANGE : UBAH Bird

Change actually has a face. A beak rather. Its name is 'UBAH' ('Change' in the Malaysian language), pronounced 'oo-bar'. Ubah is an extremely cute hornbill turned mascot for a political campaign for the 13th Malaysian General Election. Since this is for a campaign, I would be giving this cute bird a free plug.

Regina Lee of Malaysiakini said "Never before has political campaigning in Malaysia become this cute." She is right! It has never been this cute.

Ubah is a real bird, a hornbill in the wild, but also available as soft toys, caps and postcards at its Online Shop. There are couple of versions of Ubah - standard size Klasik, Diwali, Super and Santa. The largest of all being Mega Ubah, a 18" x 15" super cuddly bird.

The Mega Ubah ... the largest of all birds. You can get this bird for a cool Rm60.00 from the online store, a real deal for its size! If soft toys are not your fancy, why don't you kick it old school and send friends some postcards to remind them of the coming election. The postcards will speak for themselves.

Get these from the online shop for only Rm10.00. It's Rm10 for the whole stash, not for a piece! One of the postcards actually has a sensitive funny cartoon on it, good for a LOL moment, and also a Angry Bird vs. Ubah Bird episode. You can use them to educate your kids on what REAL change is.
