People treats their dogs like humans, what if yours LOOK like one?

Tonik is a lovely Poodle/Shih Tzu mix, nothing special, except that he has a human-like face, reported Zap2It. This lovely dog is currently living in Indiana in the United States and up for adoption.

If my dog looks like this, I would 101% treat him like a human.
