Kat and Beth talked to E!News at a CBS event on '2 Broke Girls'

On her busy schedules:
“That was crazy because we’d shoot three episodes [of '2 Broke Girls'], then have our show on Tuesday night, and Wednesday morning I’d fly to London [to film 'Thor'] and work seven days straight and then fly home Tuesday and do three episodes. And then repeat. I was overextended, but it was worth it.” - Nylon Magazine

Kat Dennings is juggling between Thor 2 and the sitcom running its 3rd season now. It's great to be busy though. Acting is quite a drain drain, and it takes a lot of mental work out of you even if you're playing a support role. I've been an extra in a local sitcom, a drama, and an ad couple of times, and let me tell you, the waiting alone is a drag - you could be waiting for hours and hours and finally when it's your turn, the scene is all done in less than 10 minutes. And it's time to go home.

I really admire the spirit and the passion of actors, many of them take their job seriously and really doing it like it's their dream job.
