Walk the Forest Research Institute of Malaysia (FRIM)

Just the right amount of cholesterol, oil and fat - a good plate of Nasi Lemak after a fresh morning walk. Mutton, fried egg and 'kerang', all for a good Rm5. The Tongkat Ali drink, not pictured here, was Rm2.

Just another fresh Sunday morning at the FRIM for a walk should I have decided not to work. This is how I spend my lazy Sundays, among any other plans. I would usually wake up at 5.45am for this particular activity. Life is always good when you can balance between work and play. Even God rested on Sunday.

I am in no means more capable than Him.
